New Narrative Therapy
Theory and Practice

30 CE credits granted by the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association

Your practice learning is guided by five world-class narrative therapists, a critical race scholar, a trans identified community organizer, and one highly imaginative continental philosopher. Participants receive an inspired, practice based, interactive experience on the relational intersection between narrative therapy theory and practice.

Dates: 2023, training dates to be announced.

Time: 9am - 4:15 pm

Location: The Lucie and Thornton Blackburn Conference Centre

Professional: $800 CAD (+ tax)

Students/ VSNT.live members: $600 CAD (+ tax)

Proof of student status is required upon registration

This course is designed for mental health practitioners, students, teachers, supervisors and those in the helping professions.

With thousands and thousands of therapy hours sitting in the narrative therapist chair are practicing narrative therapists David, Helene, Rock, Rosa and Stephen. They join together with Harjeet a critical race scholar, Aaron a trans identified community organizer, and Todd a brilliant continental philosopher. Their practices interlock and guide participant counselors and therapists through 3 days of up close experiential discussion, supervision and applied theoretical learning through live demonstration interviews.

Faculty designed the course designed for practicing narrative therapists and is a follow-up to their 5-Day Foundations certificate training in narrative therapy.
